Renewable Energy
Around here, solar is hardly an alternative.
We have created this page as a portal to assist those seeking to learn about the different types of renewable energy
options that are available and to provide links to opportunities that are available for development, installation and funding.
These opportunities can be at the Federal, State, Local Government, or Utility Programs.
If you are a renewable energy business considering expanding your Arizona operations or
relocating to Arizona: please click here to visit the Arizona Commerce Authority's Solar Arizona
website.
LOCAL GOVERNMENTS, SCHOOL DISTRICTS AND TRIBAL COMMUNITIES
The Governor's Office of Energy Policy
(OEP) provides technical assistance and information for local
governments, school districts and tribal communities, ranging from off-grid
photovoltaic systems to commercial-scaled renewable energy technologies. For
more information: email: OEP@az.gov or call 602-771-1176.
